4.2 Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically feasible. betlab processes withdrawal requests during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Processing times vary by payment method; bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically completed within minutes during operating hours, while card-based withdrawals may take up to three business days.
4.3 betlab reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money-laundering procedure and is not indicative of any wrongdoing on the part of the player.
4.4 Players may only withdraw funds that represent genuine gaming activity. Deposits that are made and subsequently withdrawn without being used for wagering may be subject to an administrative processing fee at betlab's discretion.
4.5 betlab reserves the right to reverse, suspend, or decline any transaction that is flagged by its fraud-detection systems, including transactions associated with suspected collusion, bonus abuse, or the use of stolen payment credentials.
5.1 All sports bets placed on betlab — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers), football, kabaddi, and Judo markets — are subject to betlab's sports betting rules as published on the platform. betlab's published odds at the time a bet is confirmed represent the contractual terms of that wager.
5.2 betlab reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently cancelled, postponed, or determined to have been subject to match-fixing or any form of corruption. In such cases, the bet stake will be returned to the player's account balance.
5.3 In the event of a manifest error in the display of odds — including but not limited to software malfunctions, data feed errors, or human keying errors — betlab reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes, regardless of whether the bets have already been settled.
5.4 Live betting markets (in-play betting) are subject to rapid odds changes reflecting real-time match developments. betlab does not guarantee the availability of any specific live market at any specific time, and live markets may be suspended or closed without prior notice.
5.5 Maximum payout limits apply per event and per market type. Current limits are displayed at the time of bet placement. betlab reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or maximum payout available to any individual player at its discretion.

12.3 betlab shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if betlab has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits betlab's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
13.1 betlab reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without notice, if betlab reasonably believes that the account holder has violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in prohibited conduct, or poses a risk to the platform or other players.
13.2 Upon suspension or termination of an account, betlab will conduct a review of the account's betting and transaction history. Where no breach of these Terms & Conditions is substantiated, any legitimate account balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
13.3 Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting betlab support at [email protected]. Any remaining balance in a voluntarily closed account will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method.
14.1 betlab reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, betlab will notify registered players by email to their registered email address and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.
